With an architectural proposal for a set of villas to be erected in urban allotment, we present an ambitious project distributed by 4 phases of intervention.

The first phase covers twenty lots of villas, structured by two bands of ten lots that confine by the patios, sixteen of which with areas of 135 m2, the remaining four of gaveto with areas of 148.5 m2.

The diversification of the offer of typologies is based on the choice between a lot that includes a bifamily dwelling, composed of a T2 at ground floor level and a T1 on the first floor, or T3 in case the preference focuses on a single-family dwelling.

The architectural plasticity of the proposed villas is characterized by the diversity of architectural elements whose global composition generates rhythms, markings, full and empty, assuming an identity inspired by African architecture, with influences of Mediterranean architecture.
